I took my vehicle in for an ignition and starting problem. After analyzing the situation my service advisor Chris, informed me all that was needed was a battery replacement. I also asked them while I was there would they check the oil life and do a routine service if necessary. He reported that there was no need for service just yet and would recommend it be done after another 500 miles. The honesty and integrity of this shop is why I continue to return because in both instances I could have been oversold. Thank you Chris and crew.

launa olearain,I needed a inspection done on my car for work. Greeted me with a smile and a hello as I walk in. The staff was very cool, gave me awesome service. AC was nice inside while I watch the TV in the lobby. I would totally come back again. When you see that huge statue dog, remember to turn right, they are hidden in the back right side of the complex. Thanks Bryan for the help!
Frank Jo,Purchased my car drive time and I was in the 30 day warranty and there was plenty wrong with it. I brought it to a different Meineke. They could not figure out the problems. I was coming up on my 30 days but then I brought it to Brian on West CRAIG and he went over the car with a fine tooth comb figured out exactly what was wrong and made the warranty company pay for everything. The car is running like it’s brand new he’s amazing if we would’ve stuck with the other place we would’ve been stuck paying a lot of money to fix that car.
