Recently got an oil change at this Meineke and had a great experience. I worked with Tobias and he was awesome! He explained everything my car needed to me very well and was very kind! I will be returning to this shop in the future for my car needs!
I visited the store on Saturday to get a quote on tires and possible brake repair. I spoke with the manager Tobias who was very friendly and worked with me to get a price that I could afford. I dropped my car off on Monday and they were done with the work that same day. They provided pictures and provided suggestions on what I might need to work on in the future with an explanation. Overall they provided a great service both in the quality of work and in their customer service. If you want a quality auto repair store to go then this place is it as they pride themselves on being honest and providing excellent work.
4 stars are the highest I would give any car repair business, Tobias is polite, respectful, knowledgeable, thorough . I believe I was treated fairly. His diagnosis was backed up with the worst case scenario . He worked with my schedule. He made the process as painless as could be expected . I would trust him next time I need repairs or regular maintenance issues.
