My car brokedown in the middle of the street for the second time in the span of less than 3 weeks. I was freaking out because the last place that I took it too just told me it needed fluid changes so I got that done thinking that solved the issue. Nope I was wrong. Got it towed to the nearest shop which happened to be Meineke at Sahara. Cynthia was able to get me in real quickly and ease my stress. She told me that they keep the car overnight and have one of there guys get a look into it because this is not a normal issue. Went in the next day to check on it and Jeff was working the front. He was very honest and told me that this was the main issue and it was best to get that fixed ASAP because it would have been risky driving my car again. Went with it advice and got the repairs that was needed. Was glad that the shop was very flexible with there payment plan because I spent a lot the fast couple weeks fixing my car. Thanks to Cynthia, Jeff, and there team for being very calm, professional, and easing my stress.

Edward Hovsepian,Requested an Oil & Filter change on a Friday and was given a 7:30 am Saturday appointment. Cisco assisted me with checking the vehicle in for service and told me it should be done in 1 hour. I left and came back after 45 minutes and the car was ready. In addition to the Oil & Filter change, they did an electronic vehicle inspection and had a report of all the recommended upcoming routine maintenance repairs the car will need. Thanks to Cisco for his professional ism and thanks to the mechanic who worked on our Car. I highly recommend Meineke Car on Sahara and Durango!
