I can’t give enough thanks to this Meineke. A HUGE thank you to Stephen at the front desk and regional manager Derick! We really created some core memories with our situation 😆🫣. My friend and I were passing through Vegas during their heatwave with 19 rescue dogs in tow headed cross country and our A/C in the van went out about 45 min SW of Vegas in 116° temps with all 19 dogs. We immediately rented an AirBnb to get the dogs out of the heat and into somewhere cool for the night. At this time Meineke was closed so we needed to wait till the morning. We unloaded 19 dogs in their own crates into this A/C Airbnb. Stayed there till the morning and went to Meineke first thing to have the AC looked at. They ran their diagnostics and determined the problem. The part needed to be ordered so it was going to take a couple hours for the part to arrive. We let them know we were a non profit dog rescue and that we had to be out of the Airbnb by 10am. Their response… bring the dogs here! 🥹 We then went back to the Airbnb loaded up the 19 dogs and all of their kennels went down the street to Meineke unloaded them again into their air conditioned lobby while the repairs were being completed… we literally took over the whole lobby 🫣. Not only did Meineke make us feel comfortable with their process and their repairs they also were a significant contributor to saving these dogs from heat exhaustion and other heat related illnesses. They completed the repairs… got our A/C up and running again and got us back on the road. We made it safely to New Hampshire and are currently en route back to California about 1/3 of the way home and the AC is running amazingly! We can’t thank the Meineke team enough for their help and another HUGE shout out to Derick for really going above and beyond. He was kind enough to send us off with some ice cold water, some snacks and even helped with a crate situation we had! 🙏 We will now be a forever customer of Meineke and if you are traveling thru Vegas or a Vegas resident and are in need of auto repair of any kind please go see our friends here. You will be taken care of. You guys saved us and 19 rescue dogs! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts! AND… we offered to clean their lobby and they said not to worry about it. They were going to mop and clean it all for us. I shared some pics of the crew you guys helped save! You guys are the real MVPs! Not all heroes wear capes! Thank you again so much! 🫶🏽♥️🐾

The staff is amazing. Professional and respectful. I took two of my cars to get the smog check done, One of them I took it on Friday afternoon and the other one on Saturday morning, when it was time to pay the bill on my Saturday visit, I was informed I needed to use a different card because the system declined it. I asked declined? Why? I was told because I used the same card the day before, wow I was really confused that this was a thing! I am sure this issue will be taken care before my next visit. How can a business declined to take my money?

My 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee’s AC blower motor stopped working so I took it into Meineke on North Decatur To have them check it out. They confirmed the problem, and also discovered that the water pump was leaking and the coolant fluid was low. Then they contacted my aftermarket warranty company, Endurance, and coordinated the repairs. All done in one day. That is amazing and saved me a considerable repair bill.. Absolute minimum hassle and maximum efficiency.
