I went in for an oil change and tire rotation on my Chevrolet vehicle. There was a convenient, super inexpensive coupon online. Beat everybody else by a mile. My car is a 2025 and did not even need the tire rotation attached to the coupon. ( by the way for both was about 80 bucks.) An oil change alone anywhere else is well over $100. They advised me against the rotation because my tires did not need it. They also offered the rotation when needed in the future, based off of my payment for both that day. The staff was incredible, and extremely customer friendly. By the way, they honored the coupon even though the text and email feature did not work. You talk about earning someone's business? Well.. they have mine!
Stopped in to get a smog, ended up getting an oil changed too. Excellent group of guys at Meineke on W. Craig / Decatur. When performing those two services, they also did a multi-point inspection, with PICTURES, of every system they checked! Great to know that all the parts are working perfectly. That’s the first time I’ve ever been provided with that level of detail on my car. I will definitely be returning with my other cars and Class C RV. Honesty at its finest!
Quick and painless smog. Very quick, very nice and professional staff.
Had to get my car smog test done. Was in and out in about 15-20 minutes. Didn't even have time to get annoyed at the inconsiderate lady, who felt the need to have her entire phone conversation play out over speaker phone.
The smog check was quick and efficient. In and out in under 20 minutes. Bad part was the $22 price, one of the highest in town
