Auto Repair Reviews for Meineke Shop #2435
Christian is the manager who brought me into S. Maryland Pkwy location with his TikTok video. Kazma was the on-site manager who assisted me one I arrived at the S. Maryland Pkwy location. Kazma has a very pleasant demeanor. He helped me fill out the online application's for the various financial options that Christian mentioned in his TikTok video. The mechanics, office personnel and management team are very Professional, Helpful and Kind. Not pushy, rude or disrespectful. They really try to work with you. You can tell they Really want to help the customer.
angela mccain,These guys have great customer service, They accommodate as much as they can. I mean, I saw Kazma handle a difficult customer like a pro. And Kevin was back there handling car after car nonstop only to joke around with the customers and kasma and make them feel welcome. We can’t do anything about the location the shop is in, but they sure make you feel like a neighborhood shop, Like family. Definitely my new place to go.
Yvette Hernan,First I wanna say that KAZMA is the best manager I have ever dealt with, his personality mixed with professionalism is so amazing he took care of me and the car and explained to me the dangers and what is necessary and gave me great preventative care advice! Thanks again! Great choice in hiring a star Kazma will forever be the guy who handles my cars from now on
Emely Sandoval,I was very hesitant to come back to this location due to horrible history with staff. But I am so thankful I did, Anthony the manager was simply amazing, you want to talk about top tier customer service, he was knowledgeable, respectful and apologetic for the service, I received in the past. I know he is going to a different store soon, with that being said, I’ll be following him when he does. We have 3 other cars and I have a big family. Anthony alone has earned our business. Good hire Meineke, Finally someone great to take care of customers.
