Auto Repair & Mechanic Shop in Las Vegas, NV #2110

I have to say, I've had less than stellar experiences from this location in the past. I was at my wit's end with car issues and the customer service from my past 2 visits here left me more confused and frustrated -- not to mention how much $$$ they charged!! But I can wholeheartedly share that the new store manager Jacques has went above and beyond expectations in reassuring me and performing the necessary repairs without the slightest hint of upselling or deceptive runarounds. When he couldn't offer tire services due to the non competes out of his control, he took it upon himself to walk over to the Discount Tire next door with us to get those services right away. Not only did Jacques apologize for the past visits he had no involvement with because he just joined the store, he was just an outstandingly honest and helpful person. At this point if he changes store locations I'll follow him . Store 2110 Jacques thank you so much again for all your help! Update 11/04/26: My car had an emergency shut down and when I brought it over to Meineke, I was expecting the worst and for a multiple day turnover. Well, Jacques again to the rescue! My car was handled and operable in less than 24 hours and I was able to drive off the lot without feeling like I broke the bank. Stellar experience and reassurance from Jacques. Every time I see him he’s personable, with a friendly and respectful demeanor not only to me but other customers coming in. It’s clear he cares a lot about doing a good job, he makes sure to explain any issues and honors his word and timeframes. I trust and appreciate him overseeing and handling my car. Thank you to him and his team!

Came in on a Saturday morning and had my oil changed, I was first priority. They were done early than they had said. They’re professional, didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff. I like most places do all the time. The up sale they told me in advance would I be looking at What I I should do. they also rotated my tires for me, Free of charge. Outstanding price and they got me in and out. I give them five stars. I highly recommend going to Meineke over off of blue diamond just across from the hotel And casino.

Had major parts issue with 18 year old Saturn Sky. Some Sky unique parts (special shapes) are no longer made. They were very careful in fixing, snd estimate did not go up even though they had to do a lot of disassembly and reassembly. Very pleased with the work and price. Chevy dealer that assumed warranty work on Saturns refused to work on without even lokking at it. If they had, I would bet their cost would have been double or more, so goodby to them.

I had a car emergency after leaving a grocery store in the attached parking lot. Not knowing what to do, I walked into Meineke and spoke with the kind woman behind the counter. She spoke with the manager and he worked my car in saving all of my frozen & refrigerated groceries on this 103 degree August day. I’d never been there before, but will be returning for regular maintenance because they helped me when I needed it most and that’s how you build community. I’m very grateful for their kindness.

Had issues with a rental car. Jacques was very friendly with us and took great care the car. He thoroughly explained the repairs that needed to be done, and why they needed to be done. Throughout the repair process he provided us with frequent updates. In the end I’m happy that out of all places, we had our car issues close to Meineke, cause we couldn’t have wished for a better service. Thanks Jacques!
