I actually did not get any work done. I came in for the $34.95 oil change. Amanda the Lady running the front kindly told me that my car needs a FULL SYNTHETIC. So that was $79.95 which I just did not have. But I want to compliment Amanda for her genuine sincereity. Her Customer Service is outstanding. Amanda Thank You for making this Autistic Person feel safe. The way you handled our interaction was so helpful for me. I actually left calm. All because of the way we interacted. My Autism diagnosis has been extremely hard for me. It has been a rough year. So I am so grateful for People like you in this world Amanda!!!!!! And customers out there if you want excellent Customer Service go see Amanda at Meineke on Blue Diamond!
Kathleen H,Had major parts issue with 18 year old Saturn Sky. Some Sky unique parts (special shapes) are no longer made. They were very careful in fixing, snd estimate did not go up even though they had to do a lot of disassembly and reassembly. Very pleased with the work and price. Chevy dealer that assumed warranty work on Saturns refused to work on without even lokking at it. If they had, I would bet their cost would have been double or more, so goodby to them.

All within the span of a few hours n just as he said had my cars issues addressed and even waited for me to pick it up.. because I did not expect it to be done til tomorrow. I drove in with car that felt like was coming apart when I got there, to leaving in a smooth running vehicle. Yes it cost me a pretty penny but I think he tried to be as helpful as he could by not adding in a bunch of things, so I’m just very thankful .
Gloria T,I have to say, I've had less than stellar experiences from this location in the past. I was at my wit's end with car issues and the customer service from my past 2 visits here left me more confused and frustrated -- not to mention how much $$$ they charged!! But I can wholeheartedly share that the new store manager Jacques has went above and beyond expectations in reassuring me and performing the necessary repairs without the slightest hint of upselling or deceptive runarounds. When he couldn't offer tire services due to the non competes out of his control, he took it upon himself to walk over to the Discount Tire next door with us to get those services right away. Not only did Jacques apologize for the past visits he had no involvement with because he just joined the store, he was just an outstandingly honest and helpful person. At this point if he changes store locations I'll follow him . Store 2110 Jacques thank you so much again for all your help!
