I am a person that like to find a shop that knows me and my vehicles. After significant frustration with this location in the past and their continuously changing staff I was excited to finally meet a staff member willing to spend time trying to look at my vehicle's history and come up with solution to my vehicle concerns. It is because of this individual's soft skills, technical expertise and attention to customer service that I have been bringing two separate vehicles to this locations for both major and minor work for the last 3 months, slowly catching up on much needed repairs and maintenance. Andrew has been very patient explaining different options and working with me to feel comfortable with each repair, you had a returning customer. You can see my surprise when upon dropping off my vehicle for the next discussed repair I was met with a different staff member that could not find me in the system, told me they could not do the repair and was extremely rude. I walked out with no plans on coming back. I am very disappointed with management, I was reminding us that this is a chain that has no consideration for community or consistence. I marked 5 stars for the service that was , now I would mark a 1
I want to thank Andrew and the other mechanics who worked on my 34 year old Lexus, not once, but multiple times this year. I am very pleased with the care, service and dedication in taking care of the brakes, the rack and pinion steering, and being available for any other "ailments" my car has had. Even though the car does not yet have 100.000 miles on it, it still needs repair jobs from time to time I feel good knowing I can take my car to Meineke; and Andrew and the mechanics will go above and beyond to get the right parts, and make sure the installation is done right too. I'm very happy with the service and appreciate the extra efforts made to keep my car running well! I also am very happy for the 12 month warranty. Thank you again!
