Auto Repair & Mechanic Shop in Boulder City, NV #2968

My transmission failed on the Arizona side of the Hoover dam as I was en route to see my son in Montana. Boulder City was the nearest place for any automotive service so had my truck towed to the Meineke there. I had my doubts since Meineke only knows about mufflers, right? Wrong!!! Dustin and his crew went above and beyond in my difficult circumstances, first by giving me a ride to a nearby hotel, then by trying to get me back on the road asap with minor and inexpensive repairs. After two days Dustin deemed this a futile attempt. The transmission simply had to be replaced. To make a long story short, Dustin got me to the car rental business (Enterprise) so I could continue my journey, and so he could fix my transmission. Within a week he had my truck ready to be picked up on my return home, again getting me from Enterprise to the shop. Tranny was replaced with a good used low mileage one at a very reasonable price. Dustin noticed one of my tires beginning to separate and one of my turn signals out. He had also fixed both of these issues for no additional charge. Bottom line, if you ever need any automotive work done in the Boulder area check with Meineke first, and ask specifically to speak with Dustin. He is a young man with an old school work ethic, which is a rare find these days.

I want to highly recommend the meineke shop in Boulder City Nevada to any single woman out there that's worried about people working on their vehicles and leaving the shops after they're done. I am a 67 year old widowed disabled resident of Boulder City. Finding affordable mechanic work that one can not only a Ford but trust in Boulder City has been quite difficult over the years. And I'll be quite honest you can't hire anybody that's not working in the shop to just do something simple for you like an oil change, as the honesty and integrity of most of the people that would do that is very poor. That being said I recently used the meineke in Boulder City. Haven't used them when they first open I was unaware that there was a new manager until someone had mentioned it. So I thought I'd give him a shot since the commercial mechanic shop I used in Henderson for my oil changes was that in Henderson and I thought maybe I'd shop around, I didn't think I would find anything cheaper but I thought I'd find something comparable since the drive to Henderson is a ways that it would equal out. I found my Nikki and Boulder City and spoke with a gentleman named Dustin who is the current manager not did the gentleman make sure that I got his name he also was very thorough professional kind understanding and thoughtful. Which always doesn't mean a great shot so I decided I would go ahead and schedule an appointment for the following morning which was yesterday to have the oil changed to my vehicle. When I arrive Dustin was there and I was early before the shop even really opened he was already helping the guys get all the tires and everything out onto the lot and technically opening shop. I almost fell out my truck when he turned it to me with a smile and said you must be the oil change Miss Morrison right? How did he remember how did he have a smile at that out of the morning okay this might be good. We went in exchange the keys etc I told him I was going to walk through town then I'd be back in a while. He said okay that's no problem but you can sit in the lobby if you would like I had my dog with me but that didn't seem to be a problem. We took off and unbeknownst to me throughout our little over an hour or so walk I kept getting notifications your trucks just moved and moved from the lot to the Bay where they will begin your oil change. Next message, work on your vehicle is done. Next message your vehicle is being moved to the lot. Wow that's amazing I mean I've never had notifications like that from any company. But I got back was once again greeted by a smile from Dustin he said I have your invoice whenever you're ready, he assisted me as a matter of fact in a bank transaction I was trying to do I paid him and my dog and I left. Once I arrived home I got another notification it was Dustin and I don't believe these are computerized messages so just wanted to make sure you had a safe trip home and everything was fine if you should have any questions or concerns please feel free to let me know. Amazing very amazing as a single woman I left that lot feel and secure about the work he done but once I got home I felt even better he cared about if I had any concerns about it and then it was okay. To any and every single woman out there that's concerned about taking their car to a mechanic shop and pulling off that lot when they're done I highly recommend highly highly highly recommend meineke of Boulder City only because they have a wonderful leader Dustin and a very thorough clean kind efficient staff. Thank you meineke for this location and then the guys you have in there. Ladies this is the place that you'll never have to worry about the work done on your vehicle after you pull away.

I had a great experience with Meineke in Boulder City and truly appreciate the team there. They did a lot of work on my truck and were helpful, reliable, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. The manager and everyone I dealt with were kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and compassionate. As a business owner, having a truck I can depend on is extremely important, and they took the time to explain things, help me understand what still needs to be done, and made me feel like I could trust them with my vehicle. It’s hard to find shops that make you feel heard and taken care of, but this location did exactly that. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for honest, dependable, and professional service. Thank you to the whole team for taking care of me and my truck.

This place is awesome, the staff is so nice and helpful. They take the time to explain everything to you and do not try to sell you things you don't need. They tell you what's immediate that needs to be done, what can wait and discuss cheaper options. I don't even live in Boulder city, i live an hour away but ive decided to do any repairs here from now on because honest repairs shops are hard to find.

I brought in my recently financed used vehicle for diagnostics and alignment under my limited warranty through Silver Rock. I called around to other mechanics for a same day appointment when I found out my scheduled shops hydraulic lift was out of service. Eric and his shop team were able to get me in and taken care of in about 3 hours tops. The guys were incredibly attentive, maintained immaculate communication, and generally presented themselves as the epitome of professional excellence. Much respect to the guys. I appreciate the service and respect they dispensed.
