So far I've been impressed with service I have received here. They caught broken engine mounts and replaced them quickly. Oil changes are a bargain. Update: On my last visit for an oil change the price had increased substantially, though it's still reasonable. They said after the oil change, that I urgently needed to replace a belt, but my mechanic said, no, it looked fine when I had him look at it the following day. I still would recommend this place, just not quite as heartily as in the past. Update: I've continued to use them and have not had the previously mentioned issue with oversell on maintenance (this was only once when there was a different manager than usual that day, I've had nothing but good experiences with Raul). In fact, they've continued to catch important things that need attention. I also appreciated they were able to do a next day appointment on a Saturday for an assessment of a significant problem that they diagnosed as a broken radiator fan and replaced.

We were able to get a jump start but it took some time for the battery to charge enough to start. Thrifty wanted us to take it to a shop that they use. When we got to the shop we were sent to, it was not a shop contracted with Thrifty. However, Raul, the service manager was able to give us a free diagnostic and charge the battery and get us on the way. Really great service.

The process was easy, the repair was completed within a few hours and reasonably priced.
