A Truly Wonderful Experience I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dylan, the assistant manager at Meinecke in Spring Lake Heights, NJ. My daughter AnnMarie and I were on our annual trip to the shore in Spring Lake when, unfortunately, my muffler broke and began dragging on the ground. We were unsure what to do, so my daughter walked about a block into a business we had noticed on the corner and asked for help. We realized later it was Meinecke. Without hesitation, Dylan came outside to see what was happening. He immediately recognized the problem and explained that the exhaust pipe had come loose and the muffler had dropped. He calmly explained what he could do to make it safe enough for me to drive back to the shop. Once we arrived, he worked his magic and was able to repair it so we could safely continue our trip without a muffler dragging on the ground. I truly believe Dylan was our Good Samaritan and our angel that day. Who knows what kind of dangerous situation we could have ended up in if he hadn't taken the time to help us. I will be forever grateful for Dylan's kindness, generosity, expertise, and genuine concern for two strangers who simply needed a helping hand. His wife, Anastasia, was equally warm, welcoming, and lovely to both of us. People like Dylan and Anastasia are a reminder that there are still incredibly kind and caring people in this world. Pat The Manager is very kind, & knowledgeable. He explained the whole process, parts, wait time and prices. My services were front brakes, roders and calibers. Also, provided me with an inspection report; a detailed document with photos & levels of urgency, which helps keeping up with maintenance. Totally recommend! It's very rare to find auto shops willing to share the information and be crystal clear about it. Kuddos.
YAH W,The other day while parked someone backed into me and smashed my front license plate where it then fell off I brought my car to Meineke where they do all my service They were quite busy with many cars parked out front Needless to say they ordered a new frame and had me all repaired the next day It is a real pleasure working with Meineke They are efficient and take good care of their customers
Jon Groark,I just appreciate their honesty. Third time I have used Menace for maintenance. First time I thought I needed a muffler. Upon inspection, the pipe had separated from the muffler and did the repair. Second time was a problem with the blower on my heating and air, they couldn’t find the short, worked on the car for several hours at no charge. This past week I asked them to check my hoses and belts as I am going to be on the road next week, they found a belt that needed replacing and cleaned my fuel injectors.
