Yesterday on 287 my right tire started to shred, it took out my fender, but at the time I didn’t know, I thought someone hit me. I was able to the get into the far right right lane and ride the shoulder with fragments flying off my Jeep Cherokee and took the nearest exit. I went to the gas station across the street first when I realized there was a Meineke across the street and I spoke with Joe who told me that they were closing and to leave my car and key ! I was extremely shaken up but willing to do so when Juan appeared seeing that I was in distress and despair he asked me was I OK and I said yes lying I also said i just want to make it home I want to be safe at home and although I wanted to say no and cry I just didn’t know what to do right away. He jumped into assist me, he asked me did I have a spare? I said I don’t think so. He went into a compartment in my trunk under another compartment and found a spare and told Joe to please put it on. I was in such shock that he helped me. It was all happening so fast after the tire was put on I explained again I didn’t want to bother anyone and I have money to give him to him that I just wanted to make it home and he let me know how much everything would be he let me know that it was a miracle that I was OK I wanted to give him a hug, but instead, I’ll write this review and hopes that he will see it Juan ! Your spirit was that of Kind, lighthearted, helpful man no intention behind it you seen a young black woman alone in distress and instead of judging me, you jumped right into assist me that means more than I can ever tell you thank you for being kind when the world is not kind to us. We must be kind to each other may the Lord always keep you and your family always i am greatful !
Jada Jada,Went for a thermostat because engine light code pointed to that. Had an oil change done and replaced headlights and fog lights.I also talked about my turn signal arm. Every time i hit a bump the arm drops. Replacement part won't be available for 3-4 weeks. Mike took the time to figure out a way to keep it in place for a road trip to OBX. I am grateful. Service was great. I'll still be bringing my vehicles back whenever needed.
