This place is a godsend! Got a flat on 17 North and this place magically appears for us to pull over before it completely blew out. They weren’t fully opened (change in ownership i think) and didn’t have all the tools. So we were just going to change the tire to the spare and find a tire place since the donut wasn’t going to take us very far. These guys took a quick look and suggested that there must be a nail since the tire was still whole. Thankfully they had the right tools/parts and quickly did their thing. We were there around 10 minutes and then sent happily on our way. Good guys and great service!

My check engine light was on and these men were immaculate with every detail. They pinpointed the issue and made sure all was 💯 before I left. They left no stone unturned. What a wonderful experience for my first visit. I’ll be coming back to this location in the near future. I later called about some suggested repairs from another repair shop and they’ll happily look into everything so I’ll know what I will/wont need. Fabulous service, friendly, cooperative and ethical. PLUS……. They play all Sinatra music!!!!! 🎶 You simply cannot go wrong.

I recently brought my 2014 Toyota Sienna to Meineke in Ramsey because I was experiencing unusual engine clicking noises and a low oil pressure warning light that would come on every few minutes. The team took the time to perform a thorough inspection and identified several issues that needed attention, including an oil pressure sensor problem, brake wear, brake fluid service, and multiple maintenance items that had been overdue due to the vehicle's age and low mileage. What impressed me most was that they didn't simply focus on one issue. They walked me through their findings, explained the recommended repairs, and helped me understand the condition of my vehicle. I approved the repairs, including front and rear brakes and rotors, brake system service, spark plugs, fuel system service, filters, alignment, and wipers. I also appreciated the 12-month/12,000-mile warranty on the work. Since I drive very little, the 12-month coverage provides added peace of mind. The financing options were helpful as well, making it easier to complete all the necessary repairs at once instead of postponing important maintenance. Overall, I found the staff to be professional, thorough, and customer-focused. They helped me address issues before they became bigger problems, and I feel much more confident about the reliability and safety of my vehicle going forward. The guys here were SO kind and helpful. Phillip and Frankie took care of us quickly when we had a roadside emergency and they got us on back on the road and onto our vacation. If I ever need car care when I’m in the area there is no question in my mind I will come here. Truly good people who know what they’re doing and care about giving people good services. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
