The team here took my car in before my appointment time (luckily no one else had arrived at the time) and are friendly. The front desk showed me a breakdown of what needed to be done as well as pricing. The text system is awesome because it showed the health of my vehicle and what repairs and services needed to be done right away and could be put off slightly longer. Will return and would highly recommend, only downside is the parking situation which I believe can be lessened if you can get in on a lighter day or just before your appointment.
Great experience at the Passaic, NJ location! The repairs to my car were explained in detail, and I also was sent a detailed summary through text which I found super helpful when deciding what I would like to move forward with on repairs. If I had questions the front desk staff was able to answer them so I could understand. Overall great experience and I highly recommend. 👌
