Replaced my thermostat. They couldn’t fix the problem with the heater but they tried their best. Ed is knowledgeable and honest. Straight forward and to the point. Reliable work. Unfortunately they weren’t able to fix the problem which turned out to be simple. But regardless, the work that they did was needful as the thermostat should have been replaced a long time ago.
We greatly appreciate Ed’s honest and his transparency in sharing the diagnostic codes and explaining the results. He could’ve overcharged us for unnecessary service but took the high road and didn’t. Much appreciated!
My car ended up not making it to my scheduled appointment by itself, and Ed helped me arrange a tow truck when I was overwhelmed. Quick, excellent service and fair pricing.
