Had an oil change. Quick and efficient service. They had also mailed me about their oil change discount which is why I went to them. Other places were charging $100 - crazy.
The people at the Marlton location are extremely nice and give great service. Had my oil changed in just about 30 minutes. Took my wife's car there for the $59.95 synthetic oil change. Asked them if there were any additional charges other than tax and was told no. I was then charged $13.99 extra at the end because I was told the car took 6 quarts of oil. When I got home I checked the car manual and the car takes 4.8 quarts with an oil filter change. Called the store back and told them about the oil capacity. I was then told that the car takes a special filter and that's why I was charged the $13.99. It's not going to break the bank but I felt there was a little miscommunication and should have told up front that the car takes a special filter and the charge for that filter
