I cannot say enough wonderful things about Meineke in Lumberton, NJ and their incredible team. They accomplished something many would have thought impossible. They brought my father’s 1971 Jeep Commando back to life after sitting for 30 years. This is the very Jeep my dad drove me to school in from kindergarten through seventh grade. So seeing it running again was incredibly emotional. My father passed away a year ago, and while I’m still in the process of settling his estate, getting his Jeep back on the road was something very important to me. Thanks to Meineke, that dream became a reality. From the very beginning, their professionalism, knowledge, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were exceptional. They kept me updated, treated the project with care, and it was obvious they take real pride in their work. Watching that Jeep start up again and drive after three decades was a moment I’ll never forget. It wasn’t just about fixing an old vehicle. It was about preserving a piece of my father’s legacy and bringing back memories I’ll cherish forever. No complaints about the service! Staff was very kind & professional. My oil change was very quick. Their waiting area was very clean & comfortable. Coming from a drag racing family I enjoyed their display of rat fink memorabilia & die cast cars it was a nice touch. My only complaint was they don’t honor the coupons online from Meineke that say they are for this specific location. That was a shock to me and I think they should be unavailable online or there should be a disclaimer when booking your appointment that they don’t honor them. I was however grateful they honor a first responder discount. Overall a good experience but others should be aware they don’t honor the online coupons.

Great customer service!!! Treated like I’d been a customer for years!! Staff friendly, Owner was on site ! My pure synthetic oil changed and muffler system fixed and was not oversold on anything ,no pushing to add work ! This place is a GEM STONE, knowledgeable, professional, expedient service! Will return with my other car for a mechanical inspection for sure ! Highly recommend for all your car service!
