I made an appointment, was right on time. The manager was quick, efficient and friendly. They got me in and out in no time and even recommended an amazing Dominican Restaurant while I waited on the corner. From a woman perspective sometimes when showing up at repair shops by urself and not knowing everything about cars you are afraid of getting over charged or sometimes even taken advantage of because of not knowing. But I felt safe. Jeff told me what was important and what wasn't and I thank him for his honesty. I will definitely go back to this repair shop for repairs on my 2018 Honda Accord.
