I want to say I had an excellent experience. .. I can't... If I only worked with one person, I may have... I was given a price before beginning any work on my car, when it was completed, a the person behind the desk gave me another price. I am sooooo upset I didn't get their names. One was also a mechanic (he worked both at the desk and on cars). He is amazing... The other is bad for business. He tried to inflate the costs on just about everyone. I watched it as I was waiting to get my car done. The one with dual duties bought the price down on everyone. It makes one not trust. Why was one trying to inflate costs ON EVERYONE?? My score would be a 5 based on the one with dual duties... but because I have to add in the other one (I would give him a 2 or 3)... it averaged out to a 4. I ended up paying the agreed upon amount... after the other guy came back and said something to him. Meineke has too great of a reputation for this... if you have been in recently, you know this to be true!
It was a wonderful experience. Meineke will always get my thumbs up every time because they take good care and good quality of my car.
My car battery died and I gave them a call right before they closed. Steve answered the phone and said “Can you give me 30 min?” He came in 20! He jumped my car for me and I was able to get home. I tried to offer him money and he said “Don’t worry about it”. I so appreciate the help and generosity. Truly a God send on a cold night. Thank you, Steve. When I need a car repair in NJ, I know who I am calling. Thank YOU!! 🙏🏼
