I've been taking my vehicle's to Meineke's for many years. I have never had a problem. When they repair your vehicle, they do it right the first time. I recently went in for an oil change and they rewarded me with a free oil change for being a loyal customer. I appreciate the fact that they value their customers. Every once in a while over the years they have given me free oil changes. You have to respect that because sometimes nothing is free in this life. I keep giving them my business because they do great work on my cars and they repay you back in return with perks here and there. I've been bringing my cars to them for over 25 years; even my new or pre-owned vehicles. I trust Meineke more than I trust these car dealerships today. You can't go wrong with Meineke!

I use Meineke back home so I had it towed to this location over night. Steve answered when I called the next day and he was super friendly and professional. He said he would take care of my van right away and eased all my worries. He was able to get my van fixed the same day at a very reasonable price. I was worried about using a shop I never used before but Steve took such good care of the situation it left a small impact to my business which could have been way worse. I wish I live closer to this shop because I would use them for my whole fleet. Thanks Hawthorne Meineke and Steve!
