I've been taking my vehicle's to Meineke's for many years. I have never had a problem. When they repair your vehicle, they do it right the first time. This visit I received my regular oil change and they also informed that I needed all 4 brake pads replaced. I also had them replace my cars battery. Only problem I had was the quoted price for all repairs that were completed. Also, they need to check their website. I use their website to make my appointments and this time I never received confirmation for that appointment. This needs to be fixed immediately.

I use Meineke back home so I had it towed to this location over night. Steve answered when I called the next day and he was super friendly and professional. He said he would take care of my van right away and eased all my worries. He was able to get my van fixed the same day at a very reasonable price. I was worried about using a shop I never used before but Steve took such good care of the situation it left a small impact to my business which could have been way worse.
