Auto Repair & Mechanic Shop in Glassboro, NJ #550

Brought my truck here since it was listed with network with Silver Rock for my vehicles warranty. Silver Rock was/is absolutely horrible to deal with. Waited 7 days for them to approve the work diagnosed by Rob and his crew on day 1. Silver Rock earns a 1/100. Rob and his team at Meineke deserve a solid 5/5. I appreciate his patience and communication each time I called into the shop. Once parts were received the work was done quickly and professionally. Truck is up and running with no issues now. Will definitely return in future for any other car needs. Thanks!

Honest appraisal and work. My muffler needed to be fixed and instead of just replacing it, he (store manager) welded and reattached so I could keep my muffler that was of better quality than what he said he could've replaced it with. He saved me money for the repair and for down the road by keeping my original muffler.

Long story but I’ll shorten it up. Left NH Friday 9 pm , sat 3 am ac compressor froze up and blew serp belt at 70mph on I-95 in NJ. Called AAA and Don showed up , he was awesome and a huge help. He knew a shop in the area he was sure could help us out, he towed us there but before unloading he called the shop , answering machine said closed Saturdays!! My wife had done a little research and found good reviews on the meineke muffler shop , Don said ya they are good, so he dropped us in the parking lot at 4am. My wife went on there site and scheduled out van to be looked at at 9:30, they open at 7:30. Around 6:45am a car pulls in , a young man gets out in a work uniform , I walked up to him and saw his name tag , I pointed at it and said your Rob , I just read all about you in the reviews about your shop, so glad to meet you. I than told him my sad story and that we had an appointment set up for 9:30 . Rob said don’t you worry you’ll be the first one in , we will get you back on the road asap! Music to my ears. Rob treated us like we were the only car on the schedule , although the shop was full of cars and more pulling in. Rob put Frank on my van to replace the compressor , he located one at a local parts store , they had no delivery person available, so Rob had me jump in with Steve another tech and go get the parts while Frank started the repairs. It even gets better , that store tho it showed they had the part , they did not. We came back to shop after checking one more place that also did not have one . A 3rd tech who I’m sorry I didn’t get his name , got in his phone and searched the area parts store for a compressor , he located a store that had a OEM part but no way to deliver it either. Frank was on my dime so Rob sent Frank and I to pick it up. Frank in short time had the new compressor in , the system fully recharged , found a blown fuse that kept the system from working , replaced it and my van was getting cold from the new ac compressor and system working and we where back on the road by noon and in Virginia Beach by 6:00 pm safe , sound & happy. This business was so accommodating that I had to tell the whole story. Honestly I tried to get Rob to move to my home town in NH to work for my friends shop. I owned and operated an independent auto repair shop for 39 years , Rob and his crew are the best I’ve ever dealt with in what started out as a nightmare , turned out perfect. Thank you from my whole family Rob , you are a total asset for meineke !!

The service was absolutely outstanding, the work was completed quickly, and the prices were more than fair.
