I came in and it was quite busy and I say down to wait before the phones " calmed down a minute". But, then I got up off the nice chairs ( thank God they have chairs& restroom( unclean,however..if the cleaning products were there and rubber gloves I'd help clean up in there. Not my first time as I cleaned Firestones restroom a couple of years ago because the cleaning agents were there to keep it sanitary fresh. I didn't know how long my service was going to take so my regional manager asked on the phone with me and I was like stressed out clueless so she just took me off the Kirk schedule . I was done after 3&1/2 hours...not bad. I have been waited 9 hours for a timing belt years ago in the NJ Willowbrook mall Sears so it wasn't like where's the customers to go to the bathroom??.? The guys were very nice but its short staffed like here and EVERYWHERE AT ALL PLACES OF EMPLOYMENT SO patience and hospitality is a virtue on all sides. I went to work anyway, but canceled for sure so I was too stressed. Cars and Life in N.J. is expensive so its time to think about traveling up to very close to home. Who needs the added expenses and most importantly risk possible vehicular homicide on the roads? I went home with a needed cry fest and bells palsy flare up I am trying to prevent. However, I love contractors because I think they are like near Godly Holy Biblical( St. Joseph& Jesus Christ were contractors and held to a very high life standards. First visit to Meineke. Came in without an appointment and was put right In for a diagnostic for front and rear brakes. They started immediately and I was done in 2 1/2 hours at a reasonable price.i will definitely use them again!
I give this place 10 stars if I could. Roman was so kind as I had to have my car towed there. As an older woman with my husband in the hospital and never dealing with these things on my own he and his workers treated me with kindness and respect and had my car fixed in no time.
