Two things that I noticed is one I was asked to come in early and I was waiting for the vehicle, but they still did not take the car until after the appointment time so I was there a lot longer than necessary. Second item is they changed my speedometer from miles to hour to kilometers per hour and now I have to figure out how to reset that as my on screen dash and speedometer on the dashboard is now incorrect so I do not know the miles per hour I’m actually going. This is the second time this has happened after visiting this establishment. I recommend them making sure they’re not changing anything that they shouldn’t be changing like that.
They fixed my issue rapidly and most professionally! The "other place" I had originally and faithfully gone to put an absurd time frame on the repair when I walked out and went to Meineke. They had been helpful in the past and, after this current visit, are now my go to shop!
Very nice experience. Dave was great to work with. Made my appointment online, very smooth and easy to do. They texted me pictures and an estimate for approval. All very professional.
