The scheduling was fast and easy thanks to the staff. I arrived early and still didn't have to wait. Kevin was pleasant and professional and made me feel comfortable. The waiting area was clean. I had to wait for the work to be done so having a clean and comfortable area to do so was great. The technician, Brain, gave me necessary information to complete the scheduled work as well as advised on suggested work. Was impressed with how efficient things were. The phone lines were busy and I noted that both persons answering the calls were always pleasant, helpful and professional. I'm comfortable that the price charged was competitive and fair. A great crew.

I can’t recommend Meineke Car Care in Salem, NH enough. After taking my vehicle to another shop that couldn’t accurately diagnose the problem, Meineke identified the issues and helped me get everything addressed so I could safely drive my vehicle again. Alina went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She kept me updated every step of the way, explained what was going on, and worked hard to make sure I had my vehicle back as soon as possible. Her communication and customer service made a stressful situation much easier. If I ever need anything done to any vehicle again, this is the only place I’ll be going. Thank you to the entire Meineke team for taking care of me and my vehicle!

I’ve been here and called a couple times and I always have dealt with Alina regarding scheduling, pricing, and whatever else. It’s rare to find a “chain” who has consistent front facing staff who are extremely knowledgeable. She’s definitely not “just the phone girl”. She knows her stuff for sure and I’m impressed every time I deal with her! The techs are also presumably great behind the scenes because I’ve always been satisfied with the work, and although I didn’t heavily price, my new muffler what I did do was call around to a few shops to see if I was able to get it done cheaper and the result would have turned into me losing more time and energy (which equals money to me) in scheduling, their availability, etc. so I went with Meineke in Salem because I secured a timely appointment that worked for my schedule, they got me in and out as planned , with a solid Wi-Fi signal to work on my laptop while I waited. I will be returning for more visits as I need to in the future thanks again Alina! (I hope I spelled that correctly from memory)

Alina is an outstanding manager—a rarity in the automotive industry; she is professional and sharp. The showroom is clean and modern, the mechanics wear clean, professional uniforms, and the work area is spotless. It is evident that the shop is under new management—keep up the good work. Meineke took pictures of my front and rear stabilizer links . When i was in for tune up and oil change. Because I had the pictures to look at i knew they had to be replaced. Also my brake fluid had to be flushed. Because I had pictures I knew they were not making up fake repairs. Meineke of Salem NH great service and prices better than dealer. I trust.them with both of my vehicles. Great service and great people.They talk to you not at you. Go there you'll be happy. Five stars in my book.
