8.22.26. UPDATE: I received a call from Paul to discuss my first experience. We had a fantastic conversation where we sorted it all out and he invited me back to give them a 2nd go. I was able to get in the very next day for an important service (which they had identified for me on my first visit). As a kind gesture, I was comped an alignment service, which my car desperately needed. I'm quite impressed and appreciative of their commitment to customer service. I'll definitely be back for future car services. 😀 8.19.26. Don't know if maybe it was an off day, but i had to wait 25 minutes past my appointment time before the desk person even showed up. I was just about to walk away. No apologies for keeping me waiting... which btw, stuff happens and that's perfectly understandable, but a little recognition would have been good customer service. I did have one of the mechanics let me know that the desk person was running late and I appreciated that communication. It's now 45 minutes past my appointment start and my car still hasn't been serviced. It is unlikely I'll be able to do the errands I needed to before work - not the end of the world, but certainly inconvenient. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this location.
Jessica Kennon,Jay provided exceptional customer service and the crew went the extra mile to be supportive. I had to drive 2 hours to get to the closest in-network repair place after buying a Pacifica from Carvana. Both Jay and I had to fight with them to get what was needed for the car and in the end Carvana/Silver Rock took care of everything. A nice bonus was that there was a shopping plaza across the street where we could wile away our time. I highly recommend this place.
Scott Jameson,I have used this garage before for several things over the years including exhaust systems and a/c repairs always satisfied with quality of service and cost. This visit was for an alignment, I had an appointment at noon but they were slammed and seemed to have forgotten my van alignment job. After and hour and a half waiting patiently I finally complained a little to the service writer and he realized I had been overlooked, so he apologized and told me today the service would be free and they’d have my van done in 20-30 minutes. I was happy to hear they would be nice enough to do that since I had wasted a lot of time waiting, but the gratuity made the wait worthwhile, and the service itself went great and now the van tracks straight again, so I’m happy with the service. It was very decent of them to do that and I would once again recommend their service with confidence and satisfaction.
Guitarro Mano,Jay at the service desk in Rochester NH is a first class gentleman. He conducts himself very professionally. Customers came and went while I was there and always had a smile and calm demeanor with his customer interactions. I did have an upsetting situation which left me roadside for a number of hours the day after my vehicle service. Again, Jay was very understanding and offered to pay the tow costs. Long and short of it….he had my vehicle repaired the next service day. Along with the branch manager Paul…they handled my situation very satisfactorily and I will sing the praises of and be a return customer of Meineke, Rochester NH. Friendly, Professional service!
