I have been bringing my cars to this Meineke for quite a few years for their excellent service. I like driving older cars and their service and honesty is what brings me back. They explain everything, with pictures, and in a non-condescending manner to this older woman. They will tell you what needs to be done, what should be done, and what can wait, so that you have all the information you need to make decisions. On a lighter note, since I planned to wait for my car, with a book and a Diet Coke, I was pleasantly surprised by their new chairs, which are soft and comfy for an older woman with a bad back. LOL. They are efficient, professional, and make what could be a stressful experience much easier. I highly recommend.
They did a curtesy check over my car for free and were so kind and knowledgeable. Will definitely return for future repairs. Very nice staff!
