I stopped in today because I was buying a car and wanted to get it inspected before I bought it to be aware of the issues and see if it was a good car or not. The second I walked in I was greeted by Eric who immediately said they'll take care of me and can get me in (on a Saturday too). They jacked the car up and went through an inspection. They noted to me the problems, the things to watch out for later, and what all was good. We were talking and there was basically one critical thing that the car would need before it was really safe to drive. I used that as leverage to negotiate for some money off the car. They said if I got the car, they would fix the issues today (and mind you they close in an hour when they told me and they said this job was gonna be a 2–3-hour job). I said "Guys really? I can make an appt and take off Monday I don't wanna hold yall up" and these guys went out of their way and stayed a good 1-2 hours past closing to make sure that my car was fixed and road ready. I was just a guy that didn't even live there and came up off the street to get a car inspected to see if it was a good car to buy. "Going above and beyond" is usually just for marketing purposes for most businesses, but these guys actually were the definition of going above and beyond! Eric and (oh my God I hope I say the new managers name right) Brock are seriously the best employees Meineke could've hired and if I'm ever back looking at cars in Wilkesboro or just in general find myself there and need service, I'm going there every time!!

BAGUMA NDONGWE,Stephen and his crew at the Meineke Car Care Center were excellent. They did two separate repairs on my 2010 Tacoma inside of a week. Front driver side half shaft and then followed that up with the driver side front wheel bearing assembly. The obnoxiously loud "hum" coming from that area is completely gone and I am thrilled. They were respectful, timely, and Stephen kept me updated about the vehicle's progress the entire time it was with them at the shop. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing vehicle repairs/work done in the Wilksboro area.

He called my insurance company and spoke to them personally, and explained everything in detail to me. I will definitely be going back when I need my car serviced. Did not have to pay anything today but the price quote was very reasonable
