The two guys, Mr. Dallas ( the manager)and his (service advisor) Rafael Ramirez who dealt with me for hours were the greatest. They were extremely professional, yet very caring to the extent that when I got to the shop I was in tears and Mr. Dallas said we will take care of you 100%. And that is exactly what they did. They went the extra mile. I would recommend them to anyone. The office was clean, had different drinks, the chairs were comfortable. For me (I am 73) to be happy it takes. Their professionalism, their knowledge, their understanding of different outlets to go was extraordinary.

The parking lot was full but the mgr. said he could help me in an hour. He was very friendly, professional and pleasant. While waiting he they informed me of what was happening with my car. He honored his word and got us in and out in a timely. Extras, the waiting area was air conditioned, clean and offered patrons something to drink. The bathroom was very clean and stocked as well. I made an appt. to service my other vehicle. If this is the norm then I will decide to use this location as my new repair shop as they left such a good impression on me.

I had a code and it was my catalytic converter and I was given a price to replace it and time to decide on a time to replace it. He also gave me an estimated price. So I will be taking it back to him to him to be repaired.

Only detractor was a tools/equipment fee that I wasn’t expecting, so be sure to ask about that up front. Overall highly recommend!
