The staff here is kind and patient, to say the absolute least. I went in to inspect a strange noise from my engine. Dijon met me at the front desk with such kindness not usually expected from people at 8am. I left my car there for the day for them to run a diagnostic. Turned out to be a HUGE problem with my car. Rob met me with some fantastic bed-side manner as he delivered the bad news. He was very kind and empathetic to my situation. He researched any possible options for me by calling dealerships and communicating with peers to find the best solution for me. It turned out to be something that was just bad news all around for my car. They gave me grace while I called around to see options for repair/selling. I had originally planned on paying for the more thorough diagnostic but they only charged me for the lighter part of the job as they knew what the problem was right away and knew it was also going to he a huge financial hit to me. This crew showed compassion, patience and empathy that I never expect to see from an auto shop that I am just going to for the first time. I was taken care of by actual human beings here. Though I was given really bad news, they let me leave their care with a little bit of hope. Thanks, y’all. I really hope that life treats you so well out there. Thanks for everything.

They were friendly, helpful, they communicated very well with me, and they answered all my questions. I think they did good work and the work was done in a very timely manner. They communicated quickly with me to let me know I could come pick up the car. I really like the system that they use, because they sent me a text with a link to a full report of everything they observed with my car. The pictures in the report were outstanding!! Those pictures help people understand any issues with their cars and help people decide to get maintenance or repair taken care of. Thank you Meineke!
Brad Winston,I brought 2 vehicles in for NC state inspections. First vehicle at 10am took 20 minutes in and out 2nd vehicle took 50 minutes in and out. I brought the second vehicle in at 12pm so it took longer due to being lunch time. This was a lot faster than other shops I have used in the past. No issues.
Kevin McGrew,Edit: My mom took her car here after I had a bad experience, but because the owner responded I had her take it to the, They repaired everything they were supposed to repair and got it done at the time they said they would. I still say them refusing to install a genuine dealer purchased muffler is a scam though.
MST,I had to do two inspections at the same time. I scheduled them both on the website, which is easy to use. I brought them both in at the same time they used messaging to tell me when my cars are done. It was basically flawless and they deal with a lot, so I’m pretty glad with the way they handled the service.
