The service at Meineke on West Millbrook Road in Raleigh was fantastic! We were in Raleigh for a medical visit from 3 hours away, and noticed that our brakes were getting bad. After our morning appointment, I did a search for a Meineke dealer and found one off Hwy 70, which is an area familiar to us. I booked an 11am appointment and upon arriving prior to 11am, we were taken in right away for inspection of the brakes and an estimate. Upon having all four brakes and rotors replaced, we were back on the road headed home by 1:30. We highly recommend this Meineke location!
This meineke is hands down a phenomenal mechanic shop! They have helped with the stupidest, smallest thing or the big repairs. They are knowledgeable, fair and transparent! On top of all of that they are also friendly and ready to share a laugh! Rob and the team are superb!
