From the days of longtime owner/manager Grady (RIP), to the current crew of Nick, Kevin & Willis in the garage, these guys are always top notch. It's not the cleanest or most visually aesthetic auto shop, but I'll gladly trade that for honesty. And that's what these guys are. They'll never try to sell you something you don't need. Went in not long ago, thinking I needed a break job. They told me I still had about 25% life left - and to drive it for another six+ months and then come back. Sounds good to me!
Jason T,They were on time with my appointment very courteous, and explained clearly what they were going to do . During the repair of my air conditioner I asked if they could repair something else. When I explained what it was they gave me a price but said they did not have the part but could have it in 30 minutes. The part arrived before they were done with the air conditioner repair so I had no additional wait time. Shannon was very helpful with a can do attitude. I will definitely return when I need another repair Five Stars
Robert Gragg,Nick was AMAZING, he's the one who handled all communication with me, though I'm unsure if he worked on the car itself. I dropped it off to be inspected, and Nick called to discuss what was wrong with it. There was a lot. But Nick gave me advice about where to get the transmission fixed, what to get done, and gave me time to think about it before deciding to go ahead with repairs. After I took the car home, I had a couple questions so I called again, and Nick was AGAIN more than happy to answer them for me. Meineke has a team that works both FOR you and WITH you, I highly recommend them. Edit on 06/19/2026 I tried to move the car today, and it wouldn't turn on. I'm not sure if it's something they missed, I'm going to get it back in asap, we'll see how it goes. Edit on 06/20/2026 They read my review and gave me a call, meineke is ON TOP OF IT!! They explained what the problem might be (they had told me before, I simply forgot) and with their advice I managed to get it running myself! Just needed new battery terminals. Meineke really gives top tier service, and cares about each and every one of their customers

Said it needed to be repaired immediately. Left it there on Friday evening and they fixed it Saturday morning. Had my son drop me off and my car is running smoothly and sounds great. Meineke did a great job!
