I take my car here for oil changes and service. Recently got tires and fluid changes, and they were reasonably priced, easy to contact, and they did a great job.
I've been a customer of Meineke for years and this is why: There was some confusion as to the oil change sticker matching the records. When I went in to inquire I was greeted with the best customer service. We found that I was actually due for an oil change and they did it right there on the spot with no appointment. When I mentioned about making an appointment for the inspection next month, again the friendly gentleman behind counter said they could do that as well while I was there! Again, excellent and exceptional customer service!
