Even though I was shocked by the price and had been feeling very frustrated, I realized the team was genuinely willing to help me. A few days after my service, I had some tire issues, I've been quite unlucky lately, but they were cooperative and gave me great advice. As a college student still learning about cars, I really appreciated them taking the time to explain things so I could understand better. The person who called me a few times to check up on my car, was incredibly kind and understanding of my financial situation and helped a lot with my Audi Q5 2015. I greatly appreciate the professionalism and helpfulness at this location. Thank you guys

This is one of the best auto shops i’ve been to. I went to Meineke after my check engine light came on and being quoted around $4000 to replace an oil control valve, being told that I need to replace my timing chain. Brandon the lead , who has amazing customer service , was able to help me replace my oil control valve and fix an oil leak I didn’t even know I had. I was able to see what was going on under the hood which was very helpful to know what was going on.I didn’t need to replace my timing chain and he’s very honest when it comes to what needs to be repaired. Luis was the technician who worked originally worked on my car but was off when I returned to get the oil valve replaced. Marvin replaced my oil control valve and told me how to avoid any problem moving forward. Luis worked on my car today and he does an amazing job. I will definitely be returning to them in the future, their customer service is really amazing and the prices are very affordable. Fixed both of those problems in less than two weeks for half the price ! Even if you can’t pay the full amount they offer payment plans on the spot. Thank you guys !
