Auto Repair & Mechanic Shop in Franklin, NC #2042

I am a repeat customer to this Meineke Car Care Center in Franklin North carolina. I brought in a 1997 Dodge Dakota with a V8 engine. I had requested an oil change and to fix an issue with a oxygen sensor. Then I added I needed the cruise control and the overdrive buttons be repaired. The oil change and the repair of the oil sensor were very quickly done. However Justin the store manager and the mechanic they call him Kid spent time trying to find parts for the other two issues cruise control and the overdrive button on the column. After research they found they could not purchase new ones so they had to go out and find an existing used steering column. After some research some time they spent an exhausting amount of time finding it but they did locate one. After a few days more they were able to take off from the used steering column and put on to my steering column in my truck. I said all that to let everyone know that this car repair shop went to Great Lengths to get my truck up and running and in a better running condition than before. That is because of its age and the existence of OEM parts for this old vehicle. I would highly recommend this Meineke Car Care Center to anyone who needs something immediate if you're out of Towners or if your just looking for a reliable location to get your vehicles taken care of. As I previously mentioned Justin is the shop manager and he is very professional, knowledgeable, and respectable towards his customers. He has a wealth of knowledge of vehicles and knows how to get what's needed to get a vehicle back up and running if at all possible. I haven't ever seen or heard of the shop not getting a vehicle up and running again. I hope you will consider using this Meineke location for your future mechanical needs.

I had an unexpected coolant leak and potential overheating problem. I call on Monday morning about 8:30 and they told me to bring it down and drop it off if possible. When I arrived I was promptly greeted, they took my information and I went home. A short time later I received a text with details of the needed repairs with an estimate. I agreed to the repairs and confirmed the vehicle would be ready the same afternoon. Just after noon I received a second text advising me of an additional part needed and I agreed to that and again verified the vehicle would still be ready that same afternoon. Within two hours I want notified the vehicle was ready for pick up.We immediately went to get it and so far everything is functioning perfectly! Great service and fair prices!

The entire staff at Meineke treated us so well on our first visit that we knew immediately we'd return for any future services. They are incredibly knowledgeable and work hard to make repairs in a timely manner. We very much appreciate the kindness and care we receive there. They will always have our business!

I was able to book my alignment the day before smoothly online. When I showed up, the team was busy, but handling everything well. They pulled up my appointment and got started right away. They noted the worn components that needed attention, but also noted from our conversation when I dropped it off that already had plans to replace the components when I got home (this was an unplanned, urgent trip) and just needed the toe corrected enough to stop chewing up the tires. They got me dialed in and on the road in short order. There was no hard sell. I could not be more happy with the service they gave. Make sure you pet the cat, that little thing is a sweetheart. Had my tires rotated. Made an appointment online and when I showed up they took it in, got the job done efficiently. Price was reasonable and service was prompt even though they were busy. The cat kept me company while I waited. Highly recommend!
