Recently came into Meineke for my annual vehicle inspection and some other work. All was performed professionally and in a timely manner. The manager Justin is very professional and knowledgeable of vehicles. He does provide recommendations as they might be needed but not a Pushy fellow, he will only recommend and leave it up to you if you take the recommendation or not. I have been coming here for many years now with several of my cars and trucks. Never have been disappointed with the service here. So, if you need any work on your vehicle I Strongly recommend Meineke here in Franklin, NC. Promise you will not be disappointed.

They pulled up my appointment and got started right away. They noted the worn components that needed attention, but also noted from our conversation when I dropped it off that already had plans to replace the components when I got home (this was an unplanned, urgent trip) and just needed the toe corrected enough to stop chewing up the tires. They got me dialed in and on the road in short order. There was no hard sell. I could not be more happy with the service they gave. Make sure you pet the cat, that little thing is a sweetheart. They didn't have any available apps but we hoped they might be able to provide suggestions, we were 45 mins from home. They stopped what they were doing, got the car on a lift, and found the problem. Lori Harris,This review is long over due. A cpl yrs ago now I took my ford fusion in for the catalytic converter to be replaced. Justin was amazing through the whole process. A few months went by and the dreaded P0420 code was back. We were told a million different things were causing it by other .mechanics and were sinking a lot of money into it with none of it fixing the issues. I took it back to meineke for spark plugs and my last thought of what could be going on last year. To my surprise Justin told me our catalytic converter had a lifetime warranty and they would go ahead and put a new one in. The next few months we're rough. It seemed perfect...would drive out of town...symptoms would come back and the check engine light as well. Every single time...Justin would reassure me he would figure it out. Not to lose faith in him. Everyone else did but I did not. He did indeed figure it out. No issues or check engine light since they replaced with an oem part. While getting ahold of them by phone is extremely frustrating and unless it was Justin I couldnt ever get a call back...I can without a doubt say Justin runs a great group. He and his team are some of the last rare few in their industry that are honest and want to help the people that trust them with their vehicles. Just be patient with them, they stay extremely busy. Justin, thank you for every single thing you did and thanks for proving me right. You are the real deal. And to your not so new hire now, (other Justin) still owe you that steak dinner... havent forgotten! Thank you for everything!
