I am a repeat customer to this Meineke Car Care Center in Franklin North carolina. I brought in my son's 2009 Nissan Versa with brake light and acceleration issues. As always I was received with respect and courtesy and my car was taken into their care. Then after a couple of days they called me to tell me my car was ready for pickup with the rear tail lights repaired and the issue with the acceleration was also corrected and repaired. Has been a while that I had a repair that was under $100. As always the crew here at Meineke in Franklin North Carolina are fun, experienced, and well trained bunch of young men. I come here with any of my vehicles for repairs and I have yet had a time when they have to tell me they could not do something. Anything from a simple State oil inspection up to and including engine issues. Just in the store manager is very knowledgeable and has a very experienced mechanics working at his location. So if you're looking for immediate repairs or not sure what is going on Meineke here in Franklin North Carolina I would highly recommend you give them a try.
Tim Stelman,I brought my car in for service with Meineke in Franklin North Carolina because of an ongoing issue with the windshield nozzles not spraying. They were able to bring back my car right away. BJ helped with the issue and spent a great deal of time cleaning out the nozzles. He was able to get one working better but there continued to be an overall issue. He discussed options and we decided to have the tubing checked. He spent a significant amount of time fixing the car and explaining everything to me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with my service there. I have been here a few times and always had excellent service and very helpful staff. BJ has helped before and Is always great at providing advice and information as well as estimates. I would definitely recommend them for any work on your car.
Lisa Hubbard,I had an unexpected coolant leak and potential overheating problem. I call on Monday morning about 8:30 and they told me to bring it down and drop it off if possible. When I arrived I was promptly greeted, they took my information and I went home. A short time later I received a text with details of the needed repairs with an estimate. I agreed to the repairs and confirmed the vehicle would be ready the same afternoon. Just after noon I received a second text advising me of an additional part needed and I agreed to that and again verified the vehicle would still be ready that same afternoon. Within two hours I want notified the vehicle was ready for pick up.We immediately went to get it and so far everything is functioning perfectly! Great service and fair prices!
John Tidwell,THIS SHOP ROCKS!!!! I stopped in this morning with NO appointment to get my tire plugged (there was a huge nail in it). They got me in immediately and plugged it right there in the lot. Then they helped me get a back window up (I had rolled it down, and it wouldn't go back up). NO CHARGE. These guys are amazing and I will definitely be bringing my little Prius back to them for maintenance or anything else I need.
Chica and Sunsets,Went in for tires and an alignment, was told I needed ball joints and a tie rod end. Told them money was tight so I would have to do it myself, they said no problem gave me a list of parts and told me to come back after I got it fixed and they’ll do the rest. Didn’t charge me a diagnostic fee and were very helpful. Would recommend.
