I would first like to say that this location gave me the most professional service I have had in a long time! !! The vehicle I was driving was having serious brake and tire issues. The general manager, Lue explained my issues greatly and got me the best possible solutions and services needed to get me back rolling; he was spot on (He knows his job; listen to him). Ray was the mechanic that did his thing on my vehicle (ask for Ray). He did not finish til the job was done; he stayed til the end to get my vehicle right!!! Thank you Ray!!! As I waited in the lobby area, Crystal was a great receptionist and got me the needed information to get the bill paid; she stayed past her shift to make sure I had what I needed and kept me comfortable (Great Southern Hospitality)!!! She helped me clean up my drink when I spilled it; my nerves were busy..lol. That's hard to find these days!!! Overall, I was super satisfied with my experience at this location. Kudos, to all of the staff, I dont know your names but all yall your all professionals. Keep up the Great work!!! Thank yall again!!! Many blessings to you all!!!
My appointment with Walmart was cancelled because they did not have my filter available I called this location and a enthusiastic gentlemen picked up and wasted no time doing a last minute appointment for me. i don’t remember his name but he was really nice and professional. My fiancé took my car in and they serviced it and gave him the papers with details of all the work that needs to be done. The wait time from what my fiancé advised was normal and the price was affordable. Thank you to everyone on providing a great first time experience.
