I had just taken a 10 hour trip to help my brother move from PA to NC when I realized my flex pipe was hanging by a thread. I still needed to drive all the way back home and with it being a weekend I was definitely concerned I was not going to be able to find repair. From the person at the front, to the technicians and parts manager in the back, everyone came together and found me a solution to get me back home so I could get a major repair done when I’m able to at home. Everyone was so genuine and kind and went above and beyond to help me! So thankful for all their hard work and support. I made it home safely ♥️

Matt the owner is wonderful, he got me into the bay within minutes and walked me through the entire process. Noah (Lead Technician) performed the repairs to my vehicle. His knowledge was refreshing and was well versed. The Godspeed group does a fantastic job on running their Meineke locations to the highest of standards. These guys are extremely thorough, transparent, and passionate in their work.

Very Very Satisfied with the service and efficiency by the staff, during this visit. Clear explanations of what can/could be done regarding a muffler and intake manifold replacement to my van was conveyed thoroughly and printed in writing (RO #27825) as part of an overall complete estimate, that being in addition to the muffler replacement. This is still 'a work in progress' to fully resolve, by returning to this particular Meineke Car Car #2808 location (29108 Freedom Drive/Charlotte, NC 28208). There was no pressure to complete the service required after some personal considerations on my end - attaining the financial cost. So it's no reflection on the quality of service or staff at Meineke. I do particularly want to bring to attention the consummate service provided by Service Advisor Tyrone Carter. In addition to his balancing attention between other customers there, phone calls, and store operations, his impeccable attention, explaining and advise alone made the visit utmostly informative and completely worthwhile. I will gladly recommend to others having vehicle service needed, that Meineke Car Care encompasses, done at that location. Mr. Carter and the staff definitely underline the meaning of the Meineke slogan "Doing Car Care Right."

I had brake work and muffler work done at Meineke, and I’m extremely happy with the results. The team was professional, straightforward, and really took pride in their work. My car is straight‑piped, so it’s meant to be loud — but thanks to them, it no longer squeaks or has any of the issues it went in with. Everything feels solid, and the service was top‑tier. I highly recommend their shop for anyone who wants quality work done right.

Came to the Meineke location off of Freedom Drive due to a Groupon Oil Change deal I couldn’t pass up! They ended up finding out I needed additional work done & explained everything in a way I could understand without making me feel silly for the questions I had. If the funds aren’t in your budget, they provide a financial solution/company they work with to see if you qualify for additional financial assistance. Matt, Terry, Tyrone & The Real Jeff were all such a pleasure to work with & have gained a loyal customer- highly recommend this location!
