The steering in our PT Cruiser froze mid trip and was a bit scary. Barely made it to Meneike . They did a quick check, gave us an estimate and got it taken care of much more quickly than we thought possible. Really nice friendly staff. Very professional and knowledgeable. Above all, straightforward and honest. They never try to “upsell”. They know you’re in a hurry and under pressure and they try to get it taken care of as quickly as possible. Can’t recommend them enough. And this isn’t the first time.

I went to Meineke on Fairview Road in Asheville, NC for tire replacement, rotation, and alignment, and I was blown away by the service. They did a wonderful job getting my tires mounted, rotated, and correctly aligned on my 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe LT. When one of my 22-inch rims turned out to be bent, they didn't just shrug it off — they offered to try repairing it at no charge. Even when it became clear the repair wouldn't work, they continued to help me search for the right wheel that would fit my Tahoe. That kind of care and honesty is rare. When I found more affordable wheel options online, they assured me they'd mount the tire I purchased at no extra charge. No pushy sales, no hidden fees — just genuine people who want to help. The service was great but the process of just too high for me to afford I am on fixed income and I really need my vehicle fixed they charged me $60 just to look at it to tell me what the problem was and I would be happy to use them to get the car repaired if you could send me some discount coupons or something that's what the man at the money Place said that y'all could send me some coupons that would lower the price they are wanting $2,000 to replace the engine parts and I'm on disability very limited income so please help me if you can I really need my vehicle my mom and dad are 85 years old and I've got to take them to the doctor and stuff but I cannot afford $2,000 so please let me know something either way and I did take my car in to have the engine replaced and after the motor is fixed everything was fine but the air conditioning wasn't working so they might be pay them another $600 to fix it when it was working when it went in there I just had it checked before I put it in there the man lied to me said he would call me back in a day or two I didn't hear nothing from them for a whole month so I'll call them he said he had forgotten about me but to bring the car up there and they would fix the air conditioner which I did and charged me another $600 and something dollars which is definitely not right because I'm on disability and I can all afford that they really put me in debt and I don't appreciate the way they treated me I have been a customer with you for over 20 years with every one of my vehicles and I have never been treated like this before I always got to be a five- star rating and will tell everyone to take their cars to y'all to get them prepared but unfortunately I cannot do that no more I cannot do business with a company that lies and does not keep their word and on top of that they overcharge you ridiculously the job they done could have been done for around $200 at Precision Auto for the air conditioning that was working fine before they went into the Meineke shop so I do feel they done me wrong and it would be hard for me to do business with you all again and that also goes for my big family and friends you need to do something to make this store at River Ridge in Asheville North Carolina more reliable and honest but I know you all don't care about nothing but the money so it's all good I won't bother you all or do business there no more unless you can do something that would make me feel better about this they literally ripped me off fixing my 2006 Grand Cherokee Jeep my name is Randy Schultz and thanks again for the deceiving may the god have mercy and bless you

Very good service. Courteous staff. Good prices. But I took the car in for one single repair and they didn’t. He changed $ 179.00 for things that not needed any repairs and I got the car back with the same problem. Then I went to a gas station and they solved my problem. This is the report from the store management: THE RIGHT REAR RIM ITSELF HAS A SMALL CRACK - THE RIM WILL REQUIRE REPAIR OR A REPLACEMENT TO STOP THE LEAK. ALSO THE RIGHT REAR TIRE HAS BEEN DRIVEN ON FLAT SO THE INTERNALS OF THE TIRE ARE DAMAGED AND THE TIRE NEEDS TO BE REPALCED! WE WILL SUGGEST THE TIRE SENSOR BE CHANGED AT THE TIME AS WE NOTED THE BATTERY IN THE SENSOR ON THE RT REAR TIRE IS WEAK WHEN IT WAS IN LAST SERVICED ON 1-13-2025

Had a scheduled appointment to drop my truck off on Monday to get diagnosed/fixed for an engine misfire. By Wednesday afternoon I still didn’t hear anything back so I called them and they still hadn’t diagnosed the issue. Final diagnosed and fixed the issue by Friday. Part of what took so long was that they had to talk to the insurance company Silverrock(which didn’t pay for my truck to be fix even though I had coverage and only had the truck for 3 months, DO NOT use Silverrock) The only concern I really had with Meineke was the lack communication and how long it took to diagnose the problem, also what they wanted to charge to replace my spark plugs, around $1200. Seemed a little high to me.
