Auto Repair Reviews for Meineke Shop #1596
I had an immediate start stop function issue on my jeep come up unexpectedly which if you are a jeep owner you know means multiple battery issues and safety issues as well. I called first thing the next morning and they were so helpful to find a way to get me in. They literally have been the best car repair experience I’ve ever had! Not only did they get me in the same day (and they were super busy) they could not have been more helpful competent and efficient the manager Dave and his entire team were especially helpful and up front with all the options available as well as cost. I would recommend this particular location “Fairview” to anyone looking for auto support of any kind!!!!!!

blessdchik73,The steering in our PT Cruiser froze mid trip and was a bit scary. Barely made it to Meneike . They did a quick check, gave us an estimate and got it taken care of much more quickly than we thought possible. Really nice friendly staff. Very professional and knowledgeable. Above all, straightforward and honest. They never try to “upsell”. They know you’re in a hurry and under pressure and they try to get it taken care of as quickly as possible. Can’t recommend them enough. And this isn’t the first time.
Robert & Cindy Zinser,My car's inspection went smoothly and quickly. I wasn't able to provide my paper registration and they cheerfully offered to obtain from my car panel. Quick, professional, and easy. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. I appreciate their services.
C W,⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service and genuine care — these guys go the extra mile! I went to Meineke on Fairview Road in Asheville, NC for tire replacement, rotation, and alignment, and I was blown away by the service. They did a wonderful job getting my tires mounted, rotated, and correctly aligned on my 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe LT. When one of my 22-inch rims turned out to be bent, they didn't just shrug it off — they offered to try repairing it at no charge. Even when it became clear the repair wouldn't work, they continued to help me search for the right wheel that would fit my Tahoe. That kind of care and honesty is rare. When I found more affordable wheel options online, they assured me they'd mount the tire I purchased at no extra charge. No pushy sales, no hidden fees — just genuine people who want to help. Meineke on Fairview has earned a customer for life. They truly go the extra mile with a smile. Highly recommend!
