I could not get my back door open on my cargo van . This was very crucial because I had to pick up a load in a hour , I know these guys don’t usually do this type of work. But I seen the meineke nearby snd I just thought to ask them . Not only the guy at the desk was polite, but the mechanic was as well. He got my door open and told me what to do if it does that again in under five minutes . He was even nice enough not to charge me . I’m grateful to these guys and recommend their service 100%

Terri Taylor,Brought my vehicle here and they did an estimate. Spoke to Chevrolet and they said if I took it to one of their mechanics, they'd do a goodwill discount because it was just 14 days outside of the 10 yr / 150k warranty and only had 53k miles on it. So had to had it towed to Reliable Chevrolet (the name should be false advertising alone). They said they'd work it in when they had time, but might be a week. Called back in a week. They claimed they didn't have it. They never bothered to even book it in when the tow guy gave them the key. So then several hours go by where they said they were looking for my car. They found it. Then they did an estimate and it ended up being a ton more than Meineke. I called the line back that promised to do the goodwill discount. They said it came to $0.00 because it was outside of warranty. I told them it was from the jump and they were the ones that promised to cover it. They refused to. So I said I'm taking my car then and will go back to Meineke. They said they'd discount it and it would come out to about $680 after their discounts. Then they sent me the bill to approve the work and it was $880. I was like no way, that's not even close to what you said. They said it would be $200 for just the diagnostic that Meineke did for free because they found the issue so fast that they didn't charge me. I said I'm not paying $200 for a diagnosisyic when you lied to me about covering the car with a goodwill discount or I would have never taken it there when even after all their "discounts" they still were several hundred more than Meineke and they were liars. Had it towed back to Nathan and Clayton at Meineke and they honored the original quote plus I got a 10% off discount so it ended up being about $200 cheaper than Chevrolet, warrantied for the same amount of time, and they showed me how to check my tires and stuff in the future. I will absolutely never buy another Chevrolet or GM nor will I ever have work done at one again. Go with this Meineke. They have a million coupons online and they are good people. They also were able to complete the work in half the time the manufacturer was going to do it in and never once did they lose my car. The whole reason it went in was from something the manufacturer caused when they built it too so was especially angering they'd not honor it. I'm glad I hauled it back to Meineke. I'll go there from now on.
