Took my Bronco in for an oil change. This isn't my usual shop however I was overdue and where I usually go was swamped. There wasn't anyone waiting and when I asked him if they had time he said yes. I assumed I would be in and out pretty quickly. I wasn't in a huge hurry but needed to drive to Jefferson county and back still...it was around 2pm so figured I'd have plenty of time. (I didn't let them know any of this). Maybe 20 minutes had passed and he came in and let me know that my air and cabin filters needed changed and asked if I wanted them to go ahead and change them. That was a pretty easy job on my last vehicle but wasn't sure if it was something I could do myself on the Bronco so I told them to go ahead and change them. I was starting to get worried when an hour passed and it still wasn't done so I walked to the window to see if it was still in the bay...of which it was. Not long after that he came back in and told me they were about done to which I asked if they was a problem. I was happy to hear there was not...apparently they just didn't have the correct filters and had to go find them elsewhere. Had i know that before hand I would have declined that part and changed them myself later. By the time I left I had been there nearly 2 hours. I really appreciate the fact that they were thorough and actually checked the things that they were supposed to plus they were extremely nice. And since I had not told them that I was needing to be somewhere it's not their fault...I just wished they would have told me they didn't have them and that it was going to be awhile when they asked if I wanted them changed so that I could have told them I didn't have time. Other than that they did a great job and the waiting area was very clean and tidy.
