Alright let’s talk about quality. Didn’t catch the managers name however that man is just simple. Runs a business quickly and adequately. Buttttt we’re gonna move on over to Sam! The tech manager thing! Never fails to explain things in a way everyone can understand. Has a sense of humor and really is about the safety and security for his customers. That is A+ I’ve been to this shop multiple times in regards to alignment issues. Service was completed timely and he took the time to explain every part of the alignment to us. Where you gonna find that anywhere else? Thats right you wont. Any other shop would trump up charges and quite frankly don’t care if they have an attitude, but that’s different here at meineke Farmington. Respectful, Calm and to the point. This will for sure be my forever spot. Even after my first alignment didn’t hold because of parts, they still did it for a second time. Now the third time I went in still aware of a ball joint issue, and alignment issue. I was finally delivered with great news! “Everything is in the green” I never wanted to jump up and down in happiness more in my life. Someone buy these employees a bottle of whiskey because with the attitude customers have be glad they can’t just “Accidentally” drop your car off the rack. Great job from everyone but biggest commendation goes to Sam. Lastly the price $160 is the cheapest you’ll get and guess who has that price. This place.
