After Taking the vehicle to a dealer who couldn't find a problem, Matt and his crew quickly found and repaired a problem with the catalytic converter.

Came in to get a hanger gor my exhaust welded on and was takem care of right away. Since it was a quick job they took me in right away, put the hanger on, and had me on my way. They even let me watch from outside the garage:)

It is rare I give any mechanic/car service 100%, but this location and the employees went above and beyond in service and explaining all to me. I was a referral from an excellent client you have and I am sure this added a little extra attention. I will highly and have recommended this location of Meineke. I know each location is different. I was also impressed how other clients/customers were handled. I also appreciated the honesty if these young men. Concise to the point and no game playing. There are many car dealerships and others that could learn much from these young men. Very professional, friendly, excellent eye contact and efficient. They also explained what had to be done so I a layperson understood. Matt, Tony and Bruce all were excellent. I think Bruce was the other person, did not speak with him as much. I even have some business cards to pass out. Great job!!

the manager got me in immediately even though I went to the wrong place. He was also able to make the repairs at that time so I could pass the state inspection. He told me that I did not need a transmission flush even though Valvoline told me I did.

The man at the desk had ordered materials needed for a 2010 mini when I made my appt.

Got me in on time , if not early. Gave me a bottle of water. Didn't push any extra services. Completed the inspection very quickly. Don't remember staff names, sorry.
