I had stopped going to this location because whoever the little guy was running it was clearly up to some shenanigans. I had some rotors that needed replaced, again, called to see if they were still under warranty, discovered this location was under new management. I have given him 3 chances already in the last 2 months, and so far this Charles guy has proven he is running an honest shop. I plan on going here for all of my future needs, whether it be simple oil changes or major repairs. Charles has completely earned my trust as an honest repair shop owner.
