I brought my car in because I had gotten a flat tire on one that they had recently replaced. Upon inspection they saw that there was defects in the tire and they warranted it out and replaced it right away, but they also made another discovery my CV joint was leaking oil! And it could have cost me my life and the life of others, because when that malfunctions you lose total control of your car! So having the flat tire was a blessing in disguise, they promptly kept my car and started working on it and even gave me a free loaner car while it was being worked on. I have been using Burnsville Meineke for about 6 years, and I drive all the way from St Paul to go to them, because these are guys that can be trusted! If something is not right they will keep working at it till it is right. The guys are always the best they're very sympathetic and they always explain exactly what they're going to do to your car. Vehicle had more concerns than anticipated. mechanics were diligent is testing components and did a good job.
They were quick, efficient, and professional when swapping out my cat-back performance exhaust I had purchased! Their communication was excellent! They came and asked me for input at appropriate times as to how long to adjust the exhaust tips (for one thing) and see if I was happy with their positioning which I appreciated immensely as a car guy. I didn’t catch the name of the tech that did the work, but he was a car guy as well and he really understood me. He was extremely careful and took whatever time he needed to get the job done correctly the first time and didn’t just slip it together like other places might have done. I really felt like he cared about doing it right and I really appreciated the that as well. Would highly and enthusiastically recommend their shop in Burnsville!
