I believe this is my second or third time bringing my car to Meineke in Portland, ME, and I continue to be impressed with the service. George at the front desk is an excellent communicator and takes the time to clearly explain repairs in a way that’s easy to understand. I especially appreciate that they save and show the parts that were replaced—it really helps build trust and transparency. I also really appreciate that when they fix things - the things stay fixed because they’re done right the first time! I drive up from Biddeford, and they’re always proactive about confirming parts are in stock so I’m not left waiting unnecessarily. I used to feel a lot of anxiety about going to the mechanic due to a past experience where I was left without my car for nearly two months. Since coming here, that stress has completely gone away.
