The service was great, however… I kept having to reschedule. Also, I was expecting the full multipoint inspection. The employee said I had codes come up for my transmission but there wasn’t enough time to dive into it. I thought that’s why I had made the appointment to set the time aside to run the full diagnostics?? Upon drop off I asked for the multipoint inspection and the employee says they will do that of course along with address the issues I had described. They did explain to me the issues with my car, greatly appreciate that. The employees were mostly great I just wish that I was told that I wasn’t getting the full inspection right then and there… I had to take time off and arrange to drop my car off, kept rescheduling it and I feel it wasn’t fully worth it because there’s other things I have to address and instead of taking that appointment time to do it all I now have to set aside more of my time to get fully inspected.
Chase worked out an appointment so I could have my oil changed after work- my Volvo is different than most vehicles but he researched everything before hand to make sure he had everything to do it which made me feel much better when I arrived- he didn’t charge me extra and he stayed after hours so I could have it for work the next day. Great guy and excellent service. I will return and recommend based on my experience. Thanks Chase!!
