We are so happy with Pasadena Meineke! We have been through a hellish scam buying a new transmission for our daughter's car. Tom and his crew didn't only do a transmission replacement once they had to do it TWICE due to a faulty transmission scam. Tom has been so very helpful and accommodating with the long process of transmission swapping and being patient while we fought the scam purchase. Eventually Tom and his guys put in a brand new Nissan transmission for a very reasonable price and speedy service! We have found our new mechanic who is honest and caring. I will send all my friends Tom's way!

brian gant,I needed new brakes and had to drive my car there. Turns out, by driving more I ruined the rotors, as well. The manager was able to discount the price for new brake pads and rotors by a couple hundred dollars. Thank you so much for that! The next day I noticed the car was making a whirring sound. Took it back and they fixed it right up. Bring your car here and they'll take care of you. Also, they have dogs in the back. My kids enjoyed the puppy (:
Jennifer,My wife's car had a screw in one of the tires that needed to be fixed ASAP. I called Meineke since they were the closest auto care to our house and spoke to Alex. He was extremely nice, and offered to patch it for free since there wasn't much going on that day. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it that same day, but my wife went in the following day and spoke to Charles, who was also extremely nice and offered the same deal. Needless to say, we were very impressed with their honesty and fairness, and will absolutely be going back!
